Our favorite cake 3 girls is a very simple yogurt and olive oil cake ! For the pastry we prefer the sweetness of the old-fashioned fruitiness of the virgin oil to the matured olives (dark fruity) which brings its little taste of butter to the cake.

Ingredients:

  • 1 yoghurt pot
  • 2 jars of sugar
  • 3 jars of flour
  • 1 pot d’black fruity olive oil
  • eggs
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • A little oil for the mold
  1. In a salad bowl, mix the yogurt, sugar and eggs until you get a smooth cream.
  2. Then add the flour and baking powder, mix well with a whisk.
  3. Finally, add the black fruity olive oil and mix again.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes at 180°.

variant: you can add 3 tablespoons of green anise with black fruity olive oil.
