Our favorite cake 3 girls is a very simple yogurt and olive oil cake ! For the pastry we prefer the sweetness of the old-fashioned fruitiness of the virgin oil to the matured olives (dark fruity) which brings its little taste of butter to the cake.
Ingredients:
- 1 yoghurt pot
- 2 jars of sugar
- 3 jars of flour
- 1 pot d’black fruity olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of yeast
- A little oil for the mold
- In a salad bowl, mix the yogurt, sugar and eggs until you get a smooth cream.
- Then add the flour and baking powder, mix well with a whisk.
- Finally, add the black fruity olive oil and mix again.
- Pour the mixture into a mold.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 180°.
variant: you can add 3 tablespoons of green anise with black fruity olive oil.
